Physiotherapist

Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with physical disabilities, injuries, or chronic conditions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life.

Key Responsibilities :
* Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
* Diagnose physical conditions and functional limitations
* Use techniques such as manual therapy, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy
* Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
* Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and preventive care
* Maintain accurate patient records and reports
* Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
* Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards

Required Skills & Competencies :
* Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
* Excellent manual therapy and rehabilitation skills
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle patients with empathy and patience
* Problem-solving and clinical reasoning abilities
* Time management and organizational skills

Educational Qualifications :
* Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) – Mandatory
* Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) – Preferred
* Valid state/medical council license or registration

Experience :
* Freshers or experienced candidates (1–5 years preferred)
* Experience in orthopedic, neurological, or sports rehabilitation is a plus
