Logistics Manager

Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the transportation, storage, and distribution of goods efficiently while ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities :
* Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
* Direct, optimize, and coordinate full order cycle.
* Monitor quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, and transport costs.
* Negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.
* Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
* Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements
* Manage logistics team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
* Develop and implement logistics strategies to reduce costs and improve service levels
* Resolve any arising issues or complaints related to logistics operations.

Qualifications :
* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
* Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
* Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CLTD) are a plus

Experience :
* 3–7+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management
* Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role preferred
