Civil Engineer

Job Summary :
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to design, develop, and oversee construction and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :
* Plan, design, and supervise construction projects (roads, buildings, bridges, etc.).
* Prepare project estimates, budgets, and schedules.
* Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies.
* Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
* Manage and coordinate with contractors, architects, and stakeholders.
* Perform risk analysis and implement safety measures.
* Review technical drawings and engineering plans.
* Monitor project progress and prepare reports.
* Ensure quality control and material testing.

Required Qualifications :
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.).
* Master’s degree (optional but preferred).
* Relevant certifications or licenses (if applicable).

Skills & Competencies :
* Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
* Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, or ETABS.
* Project management and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Knowledge of structural analysis and design.
* Understanding of environmental and safety regulations.

Experience :
* Fresher to 5+ years (depending on role level).
* Experience in infrastructure or real estate projects preferred.

Work Environment :
* Office-based planning and design work.
* Frequent site visits and fieldwork.
* May require working in varied weather conditions.

Additional Requirements :
* Willingness to travel to project sites.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work under deadlines.
