Job Summary :
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests. The Chef will play a key role in menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities :
Food Preparation & Cooking :
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.
* Ensure food presentation is appealing and consistent.
* Maintain portion control and minimize food wastage.

Menu Planning :
* Design and update menus based on seasonal ingredients.
* Innovate new recipes and culinary techniques.
* Customize dishes based on customer preferences.

Required Skills & Qualifications :
Education:
* Diploma / Degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or related field.

Skills:
* Strong cooking and food preparation skills.
* Knowledge of various cuisines (Indian, Continental, Chinese, etc.)
* Leadership and team management abilities.
* Time management and multitasking skills.
* Creativity and attention to detail.

Experience:
* Head Chef: 5+ years experience.
